Ever Smiling

Oh no! Mr. Smiley has fallen onto the planet and cannot return home D:

Parts of him known as smile fragments have been strewn across the land. Without them, he does not have the strength to fly back to his world.

It is up to you, Feeli the pig, to aid your new smiling friend by gathering all those missing fragments.

Be warned though, Mr. Smiley crash landed for a reason. Entities known as the Frownies have been chasing him down and now they're coming for you too!

You'll probably be fine though. Probably.

Controls

• SPACE to jump
  • Also double jump with an upgrade!
• WASD to move
  • Really, it's just A to go left and D to go right
• LEFT CLICK to shoot/use doors
  • Gotta find the shoot upgrade first though!

Dev Notes

Hello :3

I challenged myself to make this game completely from scratch in 48 hours using the Ludum Dare Compo rules. It's a game jam game done without an actual game jam to be entered in.

I did this same challenge about a week ago (from uploading this project) for another game I made called xXxAngleHacksxXx v.s. EVIL.inc. I had so much fun and learned so much too from making that game that I decided to do it again with Ever Smiling.
